Zanbaka USA 30 LLC (DBA “Dukes”) is looking for a “Supply Chain Manager” with a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in Supply Chain Management or a related field.

Candidate must have 2 of years of progressive experience in:

fuel supply chain and logistics operations management, retail planning and management, profitability and process management, budget development, marketing, and sales planning and development.

  • Plan and manage sales programs across all gas stations. Project and forecast sales volumes and
  • Develop field sales action plans and targets and facilitate its implementation.
  • Use market research to understand market conditions, benchmark competitors’ actions, and study input costs to set up effective and competitive pricing strategies.
  • Meet with customers, elicit their evolving needs, and assess the quality and performance of the company’s customer relationship.
  • Identify potential new markets, products, and services to build up on the company profile and increase sales performance.
  • Plan, manage and review marketing campaigns performance and identify fresh ideas.
  • Plan and organize promotions, execute marketing strategies for high margin products and services.
  • Plan and manage customer loyalty and rewards programs.
  • Maintain technical and professional knowledge and learn about industry trends.
  • Attend conferences, trade shows, meet with vendors and suppliers and establish personal networks. Evaluate and qualify vendors, suppliers, and freight companies.
  • Negotiate agreements, terms, conditions, and prices.
  • Prepare contracts and tenders. Monitor vendors, suppliers, and freight companies’ performance.
  • Maintain cost-effective practices and beneficial relationships.
  • Plan and manage the products sales and services operations at company gas stations.
  • Maximize every station revenue.
  • Keep current with economic indicators.
  • Predict and forecast products and service demand.
    Implement inventory management strategies and protocols for stock and inventory availability,
    replenishment, losses, and discrepancies.
  • Plan and review cost-effective logistics and goods tracking strategies for stock and inventory deliveries.
  • Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and distributors.
  • Ensure all products and supplies comply with state and local legal and health requirements
    and adhere to correct labelling regulations.
  • Conduct convenient stores assortment planning.
  • Supervise merchandise displays to maximize customer interest and product sales.
  • Build lasting customer relationship and satisfaction by ensuring the sharing of accurate advice and support, delivery of quality products and services, and providing after-sales information and service excellence.
  • Measure customer feedback and oversee resolution of customer complaints.
  • Ensure efficient warehouse operations and implement protocols for safe use of warehouse equipment.
  • Monitor fuel prices on daily basis.
  • Adjust fuel prices in line with company procedures.
  • Plan every gas station budgets.
  • Manage and authorize expenses according to budgets.
  • Manage the supply, purchase, and financial transactions of gas stations.
  • Reconcile credit card transactions, cash purchases, and cash deposits.
  • Manage accounting, money handling, and bank processes.
  • Monitor the financial data and recommend solutions to improve profitability.
  • Determine and manage workforce requirements for the gas stations.
  • Hire and train new employees.
  • Report new hires to state government within required timeframe.
  • Manage employee schedules to ensure all shifts are covered.
  • Ensure delivery of targets through individual recognition, performance review and people management and reward.
  • Manage employee performance.
  • Motivate and mentor employees to improve their competency and skills potential towards supervisory roles.
  • Create payroll and manage payroll taxes and reports.
  • Monitor and evaluate the gas stations’ systems, technology, and instrumentation requirements.
  • Identify and implement technology and automation systems.
  • Provide support and training to employees in using technology.
  • Implement and manage gas stations policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all quality, health, safety, and security protocols are followed all times at company every gas station by employees, customers, and distributors.

Job Location: 300 SE Access Rd Mount Vernon, TX 75457. Job may require some travel in the US with expenses paid by employer. 40hrs per week.
